Entrance doors to the rooms:
Filo Rei 60 in wood finish or matte lacquered finish, integrated into custom paneling.
Custom satin chrome handle (lock and badge).
Doors of the common bathrooms on the ground floor:
Flush-to-wall doors integrated into the paneling provided by the client, with a custom handle.
Sliding 50 external walls, 350cm in height, with a motorized concealed track – finished in Bordeaux laminate on both sides with a brushed shine door.
L7 hinged door with aluminum profile and reflective gray glass panel on both sides.
Access doors to the wine cellar:
L7 pivot door without a stopper, in brushed shine aluminum and special reflective gray glass on both sides – custom brushed shine finish handlebar.
Access doors to the Spa area on the basement floor:

A project by the Marco Piva studio, the MGallery Palazzo Tirso hotel, part of the Accor chain, represents a redevelopment initiative that involved repurposing a historic building from the 1920s, formerly the headquarters of the Società Elettrica Sarda S.E.S. The proposed design creates a connection with the pre-existing structure, preserving and enhancing parts of the original building through a language of continuity. The spaces of the new MGallery Palazzo Tirso were designed to open up to the urban fabric, creating a place of connection and comfort for the city.
Starting from the basement level, there is an area dedicated to wellness, equipped with an additional reception, a gym, a pool with a sauna and Turkish bath, and three spacious treatment rooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find the reception, the bar, and the Terra restaurant. On the same floor, a business area offers a dividable room, a Wine Cellar space that also allows for private gatherings, and a meeting room for informal gatherings.
The upper floors house the 85 rooms, distributed from the first to the fourth floor. The rooftop provides a unique experience in the city of Cagliari. Inside a charming glass “greenhouse” is the covered part of the Cielo restaurant, which extends onto the terrace with a bar and lounge areas, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
