Not far from the Bay of Kotor, on the northern coast of Montenegro, Budva is a renowned tourist and seaside destination. In recent years, Montenegro has been experiencing significant real estate development, involving international companies such as the Serbian firm Projmetal. Their design office, led by architect Miša Dimitrijević, has completed the Dukley Gardens and Residences resort on a promontory just south of the old town, offering apartments ranging from 60 to over 200 square meters.
The residences, in particular, have been designed with potential diverse uses in mind—whether permanent or seasonal—with a focus on maximum layout flexibility and durability.
